Why Is My Product Clumping?
This can happen from time to time when stored for long durations at our warehouses and within transit in the fulfillment process. This especially can happen during prolonged exposure to hot temperatures and high humidity. It's recommended that you store opened or unopened jars in the refrigerator to preserve maximum freshness and minimize clumping. If you do open a jar that appears to be abnormally clumped, please reach out to our support team at email@example.com and we will help you as soon as possible.
What Are The Natural Flavors?
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) allows us to use the label Natural Flavors to consolidate the listing of each individual flavor ingredient. We, unfortunately, don't have the space to list all of our natural flavors.
We can give you the following information for each flavor profile:
Wild Berry = Natural Pomegranate, Mango Seed, and Berry fruit extracts.
Lemon Lime = Natural Citrus, Lemon, and Lime fruit extracts.
Peach Mango = Natural Mango Seed and Peach fruit extracts.
Blue Raspberry = Natural Blueberry and Raspberry fruit extracts.

Our fulfillment team is hustling to get your packages out within 2 - 4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you can expect a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can keep an eye on it from there. Due to COVID-19, please allow the extra few days as we are doing are best to keep up with all the safety procedures to ensure the protection of our staff.
How Do I Proceed with a Refund?
To begin the refund process:

2) Fill out and Submit the "HoneyBadger Return / Refund Request"
3) You will be contacted by our Customer Service team to complete the process.
Refund requests will not be processed earlier than two weeks after the product has been delivered. We offer such a stellar refund policy because we truly believe in our products and want our customers to give them an honest and fair shot.
Per our refund policy, we require the return of any unused product (not including "entry-level" amounts) to receive a full refund. There are additional conditions for food products. Please reach out to customer service for further assistance or additional questions before retuning any item(s).

Please include a note with your name and order number in your return package so we may expedite your transaction.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive a return, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post, which is dependent on the original payment source.
