Domestic Orders (United States)
All domestic orders ship within the contiguous United States. Once you place your order, please allow up to 24 hours for fulfillment authorization after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 full business days after fulfillment
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 full business days after fulfillment
- Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $55.00
International Orders
We are not currently able to offer international shipping. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand internationally in the future.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is handed to our shipping carrier, Honey Badger is not liable for carrier delays. However, we want to help. If your package is lost or appears stuck in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue.
⚠️ Important: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Returns
Standard Return Policy
We offer a generous 180-day return window from the date of delivery — well above the industry standard. To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 180 days of the delivery date
- Item must be returned in its original, unopened condition and original packaging
- Proof of purchase (digital or printed) must be provided
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@drinkhoneybadger.com with the following:
- Your name and order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- A copy of your proof of purchase
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please include your packing slip or order number inside your return package.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method.
💡 Refund timeline tip: After processing, refunds typically take 1–5 additional business days to post, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you haven’t seen it after 7 business days, contact your bank before reaching out to us.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or partially used supplement products (for health and safety reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
- Returns requested after the 180-day window
Defective or Damaged Items
Your satisfaction — and your safety — matter to us. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not perform as described, we will make it right regardless of when the issue is discovered.

What Qualifies
- Product arrived physically damaged (cracked tub, broken seal, etc.)
- Product is defective or does not match its description
- Product was damaged during shipping
How to Report a Defective or Damaged Item
Email support@drinkhoneybadger.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or defect
We will cover return shipping costs for any defective, damaged, or misdescribed item. You will receive either a full replacement or a complete refund — your choice.
Wrong Item Received
If we made a mistake with your order and sent the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please email us at support@drinkhoneybadger.com with:
- Your order number
- Photo of the item you received
- Photo of the shipping label
We will send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one at no cost to you. You will not be charged any return shipping fees for fulfillment errors on our part.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items within the 180-day return window. To request an exchange:
- Contact support@drinkhoneybadger.com to confirm the item you want is in stock before shipping your return
- Ship your original item back per our standard return instructions above
- Include your order number and exchange instructions inside the package
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship out the replacement item within 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your exchange order is dispatched.
⚠️ Out-of-Stock Items: If your requested exchange item is out of stock at the time we process your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method instead.
Please note: return shipping costs on standard exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. We do not refund original shipping costs on exchanged orders.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? We’ll do our best to catch your order before it ships.
⏰ Act Quickly: To cancel your order, you must contact us before you receive your shipping confirmation email. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you may return it under our standard return policy.
How to Cancel
Email support@drinkhoneybadger.com as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Reason for cancellation
- Proof of purchase
Cancellations are processed within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method. The same 1–5 business day bank posting timeline applies.

If You Haven’t Heard Back
If you haven’t received a response within 3 business days, please send a follow-up email referencing your original message. We want to make sure no request falls through the cracks. If your issue remains unresolved, you may also escalate by filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint.
Product Availability & Restocking
We are a growing company and at times we cannot predict with certainty when products will be restocked. If an item you want is out of stock, we recommend signing up for restock notifications on our website or checking back periodically. Thank you for your patience and support.
