1. Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping
All domestic orders within the contiguous United States are delivered to your mailbox or doorstep. Estimated delivery is 3–8 full business days from the time your order is fulfilled.
🟢 Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all US orders with a cart total of $55.00 or more.
Expedited Shipping
Need it faster? Expedited shipping delivers in approximately 1–3 full business days from fulfillment. Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
After placing your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for our team to authorize fulfillment before your order is dispatched. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

2. International Shipping
We are not currently able to offer shipping outside of the United States. We appreciate your interest in Honey Badger® and hope to expand internationally in the future. Please check back or sign up for updates at drinkhoneybadger.com.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order is picked up by the carrier
- If your tracking number is not updating after 48 hours, please contact us at support@drinkhoneybadger.com
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your package is significantly delayed or stuck in transit, please contact us at support@drinkhoneybadger.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
📦 Package marked delivered but not received? Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a resolution.
Stolen Packages
If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, please first check with neighbors and any building management. Then contact us at support@drinkhoneybadger.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number. We will do our best to help, including filing a carrier claim where applicable.
Packages Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives physically damaged, we will make it right. Despite our products being handed off to third-party carriers, we take responsibility for items that arrive in unacceptable condition.
Please email support@drinkhoneybadger.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the damage
We will issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping if the item needs to be sent back.

5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Honey Badger® is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize you entered the wrong address:
- Contact us immediately at support@drinkhoneybadger.com with your order number
- If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address at no charge
- If your order has already shipped, we will attempt to redirect it with the carrier, but this is not always possible
⏰ Act fast: Address corrections must be requested before your shipping confirmation email is sent. Once an order is in the carrier’s hands, we have limited ability to make changes.
6. Return Shipping Address
If you need to send a return, please do not ship to this address without first contacting our support team and receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed. Contact us at support@drinkhoneybadger.com to receive confirmed return shipping address.
